(Science: pharmacology) a class of drug widely used in medical practice as cNS depressants, for example diazepam (the tranquilliser Valium). Enhance the inhibitory action of gaba by modulating GABAA receptors.

How panic disorder oocur?

hmm i dont know the specific neuron involved, but I do know that the drugs used to treat these things usually inhibit neurons. benzodiazepine, for example goes after the GABBA receptor* on neurons. GABA A receptor*

How panic disorder oocur?

hmm i dont know the specific neuron involved, but I do know that the drugs used to treat these things usually inhibit neurons. benzodiazepine, for example goes after the GABBA receptor on neurons.
