Re: Stomach bloating and weight gain... out i was allergic to about 20 different foods that didn't come up in a regular food allergy test. gluten,dairy,coconut,green peas, almonds, lima beans etc... I've taken these foods out of my diet and in 3 months bloating is totally gone and weight back to normal..THANK GOD! Get a test done.. ...
