Baptitoxine --> cytisine

a toxic selective nicotinic cholinergic alkaloid from the seed of laburnum anagyroides and other Leguminosae. Used in pharmacological studies of nicotinic cholinergic receptors in the brain.

Synonym: baptitoxine.
