Ashy dermatosis --> erythema dyschromicum perstans

Variously sized gray or red, slightly elevated macular lesions that tend to coalesce on the trunk, extremities, and face, commonly in dark-skinned latin Americans; of unknown cause.

Synonym: ashy dermatosis.
