Origin: gr. Arthron = joint inflammation of a joint or joints.A condition that results in inflammation of the joints causing pain when moved.

Biology Vocabulary..

... word part? How do you guys understand a word by simply knowing the word parts? Another example is that "-itis" means inflammation (e.g. arthritis= inflammation of the joints).
