... species in HDL but is there apoA1 in LDL or VLDL as well? If there is, do they share the same exact structures from that of HDL? If I were to use antibodies to separate apoliproteins 1A of HDL from plasma, would I have to separate HDL out of plasma first or can I juss directly use the antibodies ...

Stem Cells

... markers are not well defined. But if you have a cell and want to know if it is a stem cell, then you can try staining it with fluorochrome-labeled antibodies for certain CD markers and check it out e.g. with a confocal laser microscope. Or if you have many cells, run them through a flow cytometer.

This is how immunohistochemistry is typically done, so that is probably enough of a name. However, you could specify the antibodies, for example: immmunihistochemistry using goat anti-VEGFR primary antibody and anti-goat-IgG secondary antibody conjugated to horseradish peroxidase.

... be developed. If I had to guess, I would perhaps go for monoclonal antibody-based treatments to be the next big thing. The specific nature of antibodies would allow targeting only the cancer cells without harming the healthy cells, and the antibody can stimulate the body's own immune cells ...
