prepared stomach and duodenum pig and liver extract

... one of the products but is not sold in pharmacies. Apparently act as enzymatic. I read elsewhere that the substance of the duodenum is a natural antacid. I could clarify please. And unlike the first, that serves third. Thank you for your attention.
