Aneurine pyrophosphate --> thiamin pyrophosphate

The diphosphoric ester of thiamin, a coenzyme of several (de)carboxylases, transketolases, and alpha-oxoacid dehydrogenases.

Synonym: aneurine pyrophosphate, cocarboxylase, diphosphothiamin.
