Re: Pentadactyl limb....

Pentadactyl limbs is a common feature found in tetrapods. The class amphibian, reptile, aves (birds), and mammals fall under this superclass tetrapods. The order primates fall under the class mammalia (mammals). So primates are mammals and they are Pentadactyl.

Help with indentifying object - can't narrow to even kingdom

... the 'pod' in water, it dramatically swells. It acts like desiccant. I've goggled bacterial colonies, slime mold, cinnamon fern spores, larvae, amphibian eggs and nothing matches.
