Results from our forumplant biotech- How Rhiobium absorbs N2 from atmosphere?... how Rhizobium makes interaction with plants and how it converts N2 as Ammonia. My doubt is How it is done? Rhizobium is a soil bacteria and it ... under the soil. . Then, How atmospheric nitrogen is absorbed for N2 fixation ? Plz clear my doubts.

nitrogen fixationI think that while ammonia->nitrite is part of the nitrogen cycle, it's not considered part of fixation.
