Sugar Allergy

... only happen in long chained carbon sugars (e.g. amylum). But for our basic necessity sugar which is glucose and fructose, I think that they're not allergenic sugars.

Well, first I wanna say that there are many types of sugars..different chemical structure bond in the sugars also can affect the allergenic effect of the sugar...and also, if someone (example) are allergic to glucose (even though I think it's impossible) they can change their diet with ...
