A form of life assumed to exist outside the earth or its atmosphere.Not contained in or deriving from the essential nature of something; an economic theory alien to the spirit of capitalism; the mysticism so foreign to the french mind and temper; jealousy is foreign to her nature.Being or from or characteristic of another place or part of the world; alien customs; exotic plants in a greenhouse; exotic cuisine.Anyone who does not belong in the environment in which they are found.An organism that is not thought to have occurred naturally in a particular ecosystem, therefore artificially introduced by man.

... you can also gain weight, pigs eats vegetables and they are so fat. I don't think excessives exercise will help you. If you are not some kind of alien you will loose weight when you will start to eat less for 2-3 months. Cushing Syndrom could be a problem, secondary or primary.
