Batch growth starting OD (methanotrophs)

... inoculate my medium. Is there any recommended starting OD I should try to achieve? I am working with two methanotrophs: M. trichosporium and M. album . If anybody has some experience with their growth and would like to share it, I would be most grateful. Bye Fabio
