Alpha-Hexadecylcitric acid; 2-hydroxy-1,2,3-nonadecanetricarboxylic acid;obtained from agaric and responsible for the anhidrotic action of the mushroom; used as an anhidrotic agent.

Synonym: agaricic acid, agaricinic acid.
