Re: Stomach bloating and weight gain... In six months I got it down to 2.3. No synthetics,or pills you have to take forever. To go along with Hypothyroid ,you also have to address your adrenal glands. ( the adrenals also regulate the digestive system) These are the things I have found to help with my digestion and bloating. Eat alot ...
