polygenic traits...

google it. They have an additive effect for a phenotype; for example, skin color is a polygeneic trait.

I need some help.... Someone knows how to calculate the e additive effect of a gene step by step (a+d(q-p)), and how to analize it. is there some software to make this? Thanks,
