Flash freeze Freeze dry specimens

... and then drying it in a freeze drier would do the trick. The ultimate goal is to preserve the mushroom in a lifelike state and encase it in an acrylic cube. I would love to hear your thoughts if you have experience flash freezing or freeze drying specimens. Dan Molter

SDS problem

... run the gel .. I do see a buble in the middle of my gel, but I wonder why it happen.. because bubbles in the champer or there is gaps between the acrylic pressure plate and the longer glass plate? any idea ? thanks
