Acoustic tubercle

Acoustic tubercle --> trigone of auditory nerve

The slight prominence of the floor of the lateral recess of the fourth ventricle, corresponding to the underlying cochlear and vestibular nuclei.

Synonym: acoustic tubercle, trigonum acustici.
