Abiogenesis science (which much of this theory is) covers before there were cells to evolve. Biological evolution came later, after biology existed. ...

Re:... data supports this claim. The theory is not at all saying that evolution is not a real phenomena. It's a single theory that explains what Abiogenesis plus Evolutionary Theory cannot because neither explains the all important "intelligence" that makes living things "alive". ...
