Langhans-type giant cells --> langhans cells

multinucleated giant cells seen in tuberculosis and other granulomas; the nuclei are arranged in an arciform manner at the periphery of the cells.

Synonym: langhans-type giant cells.

Synonym: cytotrophoblastic cells.
