Results from our forumRe: Sugar Allergy... problems in his diet book. I found I lost no weight on his strict two-week induction diet until I'd undergone a month of anti-fungal treatment: garlic, pro-biotics and a strict diet. Worth a try for anyone with sugar problems.

Re: Stomach bloating and weight gain... I have noticed might be a problem for me is eating white breads. I noticed now, twice, that my tummy immediately grows after I ingest bread items (garlic bread, pastas, etc.).
