Garden

1. A piece of ground appropriates to the cultivation of herbs, fruits, flowers, or vegetables.

What you have found are often referred to as grass spiders, garden spiders, or sometime cat spiders or are confused with true orb weavers. It is undoubtedly some type of Araneus species. A common and widespread taxon of the US and definitely harmless. ...

I work in the garden center of my store. While watering my eye was caught by what I thought was a hummingbird. I watched it until it flew away. When I got home I researched and found that it is a Clearwing Moth. How interesting. ...

Unidentified fern

Unless it's not a garden-variety plant... Still, somewhere in the Chyrsanthemum/Senecio/Artemesia/Centaurea world sounds reasonable.
