Elevator muscle of prostate --> levator prostatae muscle

(Science: anatomy) in the male, the most medial fibres of the levator ani (pubococcygeus) muscle that extend from the pubis into the fascia of the prostate.

Synonym: musculus levator prostatae, elevator muscle of prostate.
