Disseminate coccidioidomycosis

a severe, chronic, and progressive form of coccidioidomycosis resulting from rapid dissemination of endospores from the primary site of infection, or from reinfection in a previously sensitised patient, with widespread involvement of the central nervous system, bones, skin, and viscera.
