Crura membranacea ampullaria ductus saemicircularis --> ampullary crura of saemicircular ducts

The dilated ends of the three saemicircular ducts, each of which contains a specialised thickening of the epithelium known as the ampullary crest.

Synonym: crura membranacea ampullaria ductus saemicircularis, ampullary limbs of saemicircular ducts.
