Guess it depends on the individual in question, but unlike bone cartilage will continue to grow through our lives. You have may noticed that older people have proportionally larger noses and ears since their internal structure is mostly cartilage. I guess you could use this to estimate how old somebody was.
When we grow up day by day, our faces are changing slowly too. And for most people, face is the most obvious place where represents their ages. But why? Why our faces will change with age? Actually, the thickness and suppleness of our skin is because of collagen. Generally, When collagen breaks down, it forms specific peptides. And then peptides make its fuction.Nowadays, most peptides are used in cosmetics in skin-care products. And there are many suppliers who provide cosmetic peptides products in the market, for instance, Creative Peptides(http://www.creative-peptides.com/cosmetic-peptides.asp).So, if we want to always keep our appearences ,we must use some skin-care products and do some exercises regularly.
