Propecia blocks production of DHT which cause baldness..so it stops falling of hairs...it is originally used as therapy for prostate and testes cancer(if I remember well)..There are many testosterone products in oral form, gels, injections, sticks you put under skin..in some genetic disorders like congenital adrenal hyperplasia there's high production of testosterone from adrenal glands..some precursors of T are DHEA(athletes use it,and older people as suplementation)..
And I wont write a novel here lol..
But I guess that beard and hair are different, thats why chemotherapy doesnt cause falling of all body hair..

Re: Facial hair
Hey,
I understand that ROGAINE may cause regrowth of hair for bald men if, and only if, used in a continued fashion.
However, If I were to use ROGAINE in an attempt to stimulate/increase facial hair production, would the effects (if any) last after termination of treatment or would the same principle as head hair also apply for that of the face?
Soz if that seems like question with an obvious answer (!)
Word,
Gabe
P.S I'm 16 going on 17, just in case age is a determinant.

Well i hope your production of testosterone good. If you really want to grow hair soon on your health then you can apply hair oil and hair shampoo on your face. This is truly grows fast. Also eat Amla berries. Amla berries are used lot to grow the hair.

knepp1bj wrote:Arent there any Creams or anything you can put on your face to help your facial hair grow? I dont want to take testerone and be messed up later in life. I can only grow stuff on my chin, and doesnt look very good cause its not really that thick or a lot. i would like to just make it more thick and stuff, my dad makes fun of me cause i can not grow a beard and i am 18, when he was my age he could. I honestly dont mind shaving and would be happy 2, i just wish i had more to shave. Any ideas any1?
Hey man, im 20 years old with a brother and father that could grow beards when they were 18 yrs old and I can only get sideburns, a little goatee, and a pathetic mustache. Theybalways make fun of me for it and I hate not being able to grow a beard lookin like im 15 or somethin. But the point is, I dont use anything to make it grow in thicker or fullerand even tho its taking forever, I do jotice more hair and maybe in another yr or 2, itll be a full beard but do what im doin, let it come naturally bro. Dont listen to any of thisnshit. Nothing will help except for hair folocal implants in your face, which is extremely expensive and pretty drastic if you ask me. If you were supposed to have a beard already, youd have one. It sucks, but thats what it is. All this advice is either full of **** or can seriously hurt your body. Hang in there buddy, itll come your just gonna have tonwait. Good luck!
