Thanx loveangel
I have found how true this saying is :)
"How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of the weak and strong. Because someday in life you will have been all of these".

I know a site that could use that information. It's flooded with people that type in capitals, fail with grammar and generally don't know how to act on a forum or a chatroom.

I might have to pass it on, if I may. <.<

Hi

I am working with RPMI cells which are suspension cells.
Yesterday I noticed 3/4 of the cells were all adhering to the bottom of the T75 plate I used. I also notice the CO2 supply was out during this time. Is there any correlation between this two, and what could be causing the cells to adhere?

Thanks.

How do you post questions?

Years beetween posts in this thread. What a shame.

I submit herewith some suggestions for "How to Post" in the spirit of scientia, Latin for "truth."

1. Don't suggest that someone else is "ignorant" or "stupid" because he disagrees with you.
It is entirely possible that you are wrong or at the very least, he is not.

2. Graciously acknowledge others who help, encourage, or compliment you, not just here, but everywhere in your daily activities.
When has anyone here thanked a grocery clerk: "Thanks for feeding me!" These poor clerks bust their chops and all they hear is "You're out of this" or "These prices are too high." They're the last link in the food chain. Brighten their day with a cheerful "Thanks for feeding me." It's a gif that gives both ways.

3. Don't simply dismiss other opinions with some Talking Point, such as "You're cherry picking the quotes" or "Fallacy of the Argument From Authority" or "Argument From Incredulity."

Everybody cherrypicks quotes, and there's nothing wrong with doing that, provided the citation was made in good faith, and not taken out of context.

Most everything we know has been learned from authority.

Finally, the specious argument from incredulity posits ignorance onto the person designated incredulous by his supposed intellectual superiority. The most learned humans who have ever lived have always expressed their own incredulity, and with good reason.
It is nothing to be ashamed of, this incredulity of our universe. It is appreciation of knowledge gained.

And I thank you for your time and reading of my ideas.
