Any idea what kind of tiny bug this is?

I have 2 pics here. Im located in Ohio. Found it 10/13/2010. Crawling on me. It has wings and is jumping around in the bag i put it in.

This appears to be a Leafhopper. Although I'm unsure as to the exact species.
