Need Help! 3-d atomic model of Mitosis Promoting Factor

Post by keskelsss » Sat Aug 13, 2016 5:55 pm

I have to make a 3-d atomic model of mitosis promoting factor. I understand mitosis but I don't know how to find the atomic structure. Can anyone please give me some direction? Thank you.

Get the program YASARA then model it yourself and you are not looking for an atomic structure that is like Protons and Neutrons within a atom along with electrons, you are looking for molecular structure of the protein in amino acids. Get the protein code then plug it into YASARA.
The Protein code can be found at the NBCI just look under nucleotide or peptide.

Next Download YASARA at this site and begin to stick it together until you get its shape if you want a exact molecular model.

Here is Cyclin B 's Ribbon structure which is one of these types of proteins there are many you will need to narrow your search.
