Most trisomies are lethal. Having extra chromosomes is not good and wouldn't make you 'brighter'. You would likely be unviable. Do some research on aneuploidy.

There are many websites dedicated to the subject. Research the homeostatic control including the hypothalamus, ADH, osmoregulation in the kidneys (loop of Henle, concentration of the urine), etc. Also check out our tutorial http://www.biology-online.org/9/15_kidneys_inorganic_ions.htm

Well, at Oxford or Cambridge, you'd pay extra fees that a UK resident wouldnt pay.However, you should do some research. Eg, http://www.cam.ac.uk/admissions/undergraduate/international/costs.html, http://www.admin.ox.ac.uk/io/finance.shtml.
