I would think that for anything to be deemed possible or not we would have to completely understand how the brain works. At present, we don't fully understand our brains.

I suppose you should start by thinking about the function of each and the processes in which they are involved, such as Translation of m-RNA at the Ribosome etc. It's best to research each of the terms and eventually you will begin to get the whole picture.

This appears to be a Leafhopper. Although I'm unsure as to the exact species.
