Carbon cycle question/essay - Help?

Hi, i am new to this forum. I have an exam coming up and this is one of the essay questions 'With reference to the carbon cycle, explain how human activity has led to climate change and the potential outcomes of this'. I am having a hard time writing an essay on this. Can anybody help? :D
