Here's one way. Think of the question as asking how you can mix oil with water.

This particular product they are referring to about is a water soluble vitamin and mineral supplement for children.
What I really would like to know is what could the fat soluble vitamins be adhering to in the water soluble liquid as you do not see oil in the mixture when the powder is mixed with water. What quanity of fat soluble vitamin does one need in a water before you can physically see it with the eye?
