Glitch?

I think this is a glitch but I'm not sure.
When you click on a link to read a post by a person on your ignore list nothing happens, is that how it's suppose to be?

I think the ignore list blocks posts except PM's.

What I am trying to say is that when you come across a post by a person on you ignore list there is a message and a link.
The link says read this post but it doesn't seem to work.

I hate to seem like I am complaining, being new here and all. But my post count is no longer counting my posts.

Or maybe because you are posting in the off-topic forums which are not counted?
