Filter particles out of insect cell lysate

Hello,

i have an insect cell lysate with some large protein particles, which are ca. 20um x 3um, i like to separate from the rest debris swimming around. I thought about filtering cause centrifuging steps bring them down together.

You can do column chromatography(filtering)
