hi,
does any body tell that is there any software freely available by which we can covert prokaryotic codon into eukaryotic?actually we have prokaryotic sequence which we want to introduce in eukaryotic,so we want to change it.

Upgene

Gene Designer

Don’t know if this is what you want to do, but Upgene is free software. Gene Designer is also free, but it is intended to be used as an easy way to order oligonucleotides from the company to do gene synthesis. There are a number of websites for codon optimization of sequences. If all you want are the codon useage tables, I think you can get those from the NCBI site.
