Body Building Question HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am to Investigate one of the body-building programs available, including diet, exercise, and fluid intake regimens. Then I am to answer biochemically speaking, how does the program produce the effects it claims to produce? And do these claims seem justified?
