Job / Career Related Forum?

I think it'd be useful to have a forum to discuss the hands on, nitty-gritty of work in the Biology field.

This would be a place to trade stories about job searches after college, what real-life Biology careers are like, and also the culture of science in general.
It could also be a place to vent about college / work related happenings.
I dunno...

well in my experience on this forum, such talks are never productive. only personal anecdotes arise. but nobody is stopping you from asking your questions in the general discussion
