stem cell presentation

if you were to do a presentation about stem cells, it should include mechanisms, what would you talk about??
for me, talkin about cord blood stem cells, mylenation using stem cells, and the new breakthrough in stem cells (producing tissues from skin cells in humans not mice)...
so what else??

oh and, does anyone of you know a site that can demonstrate the mechanism of stem cell differentiation???
