Need some answers about plant and animal tissuesAssume you put animal and plant tissue samples in distilled water how will their mass change and what other effects will you see?
How do you expect land plants (potatoes) and sea plants like kelp to differ in their response to salt water? Suppose that instead of salt this lab used sugar as a solute. How would you expect the results to change? I am asking here because I go to online school and don't have access to a lab and have looked all over for answers to these questions fro a project we are doing. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
It works for me. It is a PDF file, so give it time to load.
It just occured to me that you need Adobe Acrobat to view the file. You can get the reader form this link. http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
Try some of these link also.
http://www.biotopics.co.uk/life/osmdia.html http://www.biologie.uni-hamburg.de/b-online/e22/22c.htm These should get you started. The PDF file is a really good link. Are you using Mozilla? If so try explorer. I really have no clue, but just a thought.
