ok, how much water to 10nmol to get 100µM?Hey
I finally see my problem with my primers. I received them nondiluted. So the amount is given as 10nmol. How much water do I have to add to get the concentration of 100µM? Thnx
10 nmol in powder? or liquid. In the later case you just dilute using the famous CiVi=CfVf (C for concentration, initial or final, V is for volume). If in powder you have 10e-8 mol.
100µM = 10e-4 mol/L = 10e-7 mol/ml = 10e-8 mol/100µl Patrick
