Does anyone know a site that contains a genetic mapping of the entire genetic code for shrews?

I'm not sure there is one. Maybe in a few years, when information on genetic mapping is more readily avaliable to the general population...

Maybe i'll have some publications on it then. lol. I'm doing an independent research project on them. I'm karyotyping them.

I think it is for the common shrew (Sorex araneus ), that's not the species you're doing, is it?

Unfortunately not. I am doing both Blarina brevicauda and Blarina carolinensis
