I need some good and interesting (meaning not the usual stuff) ideas for a presentation for my fiance's anatomy and physiology class. Anyone got any ideas?

I'm narrowed down between the Detailed Outline of the Knee-Jerk Reflex and Polycystic Kidney Disease.
"Take four red capsules, in ten minutes take two more. Help is on the way."
