making 4 plants into one

I am in 8th grade and in class me and a few other kids are doing a project. We are trying to create a salad seed. The seed would be a combination of lettuce, tomatos, green peppers, and cucumbers. We are trying to make a seed that has been crossed or hybrided with these 4 vegetable plants so that it can grow each vegetable. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
