Reverse engineering of Cell cycle in Leukemia

Postby amphun on Tue Oct 23, 2007 2:24 am

Currently I am PhD student and thesis focus on inference gene regulatory networks from DNA microarray data. My data come from Childhood Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia patient.
I will use Neural network as my methodology.
Due to many genes exist, I will focus on cell cycle genes.
I have engineering background so I totally start from zero to understand about biology. I still findout literature to support my reseach.
Does anyone have experience or any comment or suggestion about my current research please I very warm welcome to all idea .

Need more details, what type of correlation are you trying to find with your neural net?
