promoter database or other source

Greetings!
I'm looking for promoter sequences of E. coli and B. subtilis (and maybe other organisms in future). For my research I need frequencies of different promoters existing in the given organism. In fact I haven't succeeded to find this information in internet. Maybe there is a database of promoters with their frequencies for different organisms.
I know the consensus sequence, but I need more precise analysis.
