u sure..... i mean i had been givn the assignment to prove relationship betwn the bases in the table i showd...

You've given some instances of the truth of Chargaff's rule. It applies to all dsDNAs from all species. There is no other similar rule among the bases that I know of.

sorry for interruption. Iam also new to bioinformatics and i want know that ,in a six frame reading only one of the frame will express and how and what happens to others??
