Jokes, aside, I am curios what the answer they expect is. Because this is still a hot debate.

Well, I had to dig out my Geology 101 book for this. According to the Nebular Hypothesis. The earth consisted of water, carbon dioxide, ammonia, and methane. So my guess would be D. B was close, but no CO2 ws listed.
