nucleus stained

Dear all:

I stained all the nuclei in my immunohistochemistry study. Do you know what is the reason, how do I improve it.

you stained the nuclei with DAPI ? well it's much easier to find your cells if your nucleus is stained :lol:

No, just with the normal enzymatic procedures, primary antibody, HRP-conjugated antibody and DAB.

to what was your primary antibody ? and hat is the main goal of the study :p otherwise it will be hard to tell the function of staining the nucleus.

What antibody are you staining for? Maybe background staining or your primary is not specific.

by the way. There is an nuclear antibody called "Nuclei" you may want to give it a try.
